Cancellations:
Because Spa appointments/Welcome Amenities are reserved/prepared for you, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. 50% of the value of the treatment/amenity will be charged for cancellations or changes within 48 hours. Cancellations or changes within six hours of the scheduled treatment/arrival time and "no-shows"will be charged at full value.
