General Reservations Information
Ventana's modified European Plan includes a complimentary continental
breakfast served daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., in the Lobby,
Library, or upon request, in your room for a $10 fee, as well as a complimentary
wine and cheese buffet each afternoon between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00
p.m.
Guest rooms have a king or queen bed and are located in twelve
buildings. We cannot guarantee a specific
room but will make every effort to accommodate requests whenever possible.
Most rooms have fireplaces and some have private spas or a
dining alcove/wet bar. All of rooms have televisions, DVD equipment
and honor bar.
When your reservation is confirmed, you will be guaranteed
a room or suite at the quoted or agreed rate. The rate establishes
the amenities in the room. Our commitment extends only to guest
room type identified by the rate. Our rates are for double occupancy.
Ventana accepts one-night reservations for Sundays through
Thursdays only. All weekend reservations require a minimum two-day
stay throughout the year. The maximum number of persons per
room is two.
Ventana is designed and operated for adults seeking a romantic
getaway. To support and promote the desire of our guests for
this type of atmosphere, we encourage parents to not bring their
children.
Reservations must be secured by a deposit in the amount of
the first night's room rate, including tax, for weekdays, two
nights on weekends. All deposits must be received by our office
not more than 14 days after your reservation is made. Reservations
not secured by a deposit will be canceled. If you cancel, we
will refund your deposit as long as we have been given notice
of not less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Early
check-out on weekends or holidays could result in forfeiture
of deposit.
Our check out time is 1:00 p.m. daily. There is a late check-out charge of
50% of your daily rate. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Should you
arrive early, please be prepared to enjoy our facilities until
your room is ready. Should you arrive late, we are staffed 24
hours a day. We provide night security around the property.
All rooms have personal safes.
