The Spa at Ventana embraces the magical "Essence of Big Sur" through the use of nature's healing gifts. All treatments are designed to relax and nurture the body and spirit, and rejuvenate and revitalize subtle energies. Practitioners are dedicated to providing a sensory experience that offers relaxation and connection where one can find inner peace and sanctity.
Spa Services
A diverse menu of massages and facials highlight the Spa menu, plus holistic services such as wraps, scrubs and wet treatments. Body wraps utilize aromatherapy, seaweed, moor mud and antioxidant clay, while body polishes include lavender, pine or ocean salt. Heart Centered Healing with Energy Work, astrology, color readings and essence portraits further accent the comprehensive menu. Guests may choose to have treatments in the Spa or in the privacy of their guest room.
Daily Classes
Complimentary body and mind classes are offered daily in practices such as Yoga or Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation. These classes also are available as private instruction in the privacy of your guest suite.
Amenities
Two pools, one clothing optional, Japanese hot baths, showers, relaxation decks and a sauna.
Fitness Room
The property's fitness facility features state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmills, stationery bikes, elliptical cross trainers and rowers, plus free weights. The fitness room is available to guests from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
Retail Products
The Spa Boutique offers a fine selection of specialized products that are used in treatments so guests may continue their care at home.
